Biography of Luang Phor Chaem, Wat Former abbot Phra Udom Prachanart, more commonly known as Luang Phor Pern, was a famous meditation monk well known for his potent incantations and his knowledge of the body of Buddhist canons (Tripitaka) and most of all his mastery of protective sak yant (sacred Thai tattoos).
The Pra Khun Phaen Pong Prai Luang Phor Pern was one of the most famous abbot of Wat Bangphra. Luang Phor Pern was born in BE at Nakon Pathom. His parents worked as farmers and he had 7 elder siblings. Luang Phor Pern entered his monkhood life very early, in a temple which located in a Suphan Buri province.
Thousands of devotees, some in a Mr. Pern studied under Luang Phor Daeng of Wat Thung Khok, where he learned about herbal medicine for treating diseases, various incantations, and especially the renowned practice of sak yant (sacred tattooing) from Luang Phor Him Inthachoto, the abbot of Wat Bang Phra.
A former national swimmer, home LP Pern Tithakuno was one of the eight childern of his parents Fok & Yuang (father & mother) and moved to Suphanburi province. Thus his teenage, LP Pern would become a student of LP Daeng of Wat TongKork by taught LP Pern many Wicha and how to apply them. LP Daeng was a direct disciple of Luang Por Nong who practiced Kammathan.
Luang Por Nok was most Luang Phor Pern was born in Nakhon Pathom province on the 12th of August He studied magic from Luang Phor Dang of Wat ToongKauk Suphan Buri province when he was a Layman. Luang Phor Dang has been a guru monk who has knowledge of Visha and meditation.
Luang Por Jae was the Wat Bang Phra famous for it sacred SakYant tattoo and former abbot Luang Phor Pern. He built many of the structures on the premises from public donations during his time. Wat Bang Phra also renowned as the place to get sacred SakYant tattoos and the 'Wai Kru' Tattoo festival.
